I checked in at 2 PM but wasn't allowed to go to my room until almost 3 PM because of a late check-out, and I noticed the next guest had the same problem.

As they are speaking Asian English, it's better if you show your phone with the translator. For the price ratio with the quality, this hotel was okay, only the bed so hard. I have 2 nights at 1st floor and 1 night on the 401, the 401 is better than 106. My partner is someone who has a dust allergy and she was okay with the rooms. I am recommending you to stay if you are not a free dust freak.

The common lobby (on my floor) is noisy, with lots of smoking, and the soundproofing is poor, resulting in unpleasant noise and smells. - From the reception staff (their attire, demeanor, and way of speaking to guests are all too casual and inappropriate for a receptionist, though not terrible, just unsuitable for a hotel built in this style). - The overall cleanliness of the facade (dusty), lobby, and rooms (not clean) all score 5/10. It doesn't match the initial investment in facilities. A real waste.

The rooms are nice and the prices are reasonable.

It's a shame that such a large and beautiful hotel lacks management. There needs to be a more welcoming and polite receptionist than the current staff member, Thanh, who should avoid interrupting guests before they finish speaking. There's also no one to assist elderly guests with their luggage. The room cleaning schedule is inconvenient, from 1 PM to 3 PM (lunchtime), unlike other hotels that clean in the morning or when guests are absent. Guests have to register at the reception desk and clean every two days. The toilet paper and shower gel packets also have to be requested at the reception, making guests feel uncomfortable. I hope the owner will take these comments into consideration so the hotel can develop better, as it has great potential.

I also worked there that day and found it really unpleasant. When I mentioned that I was paying with my phone, the staff member sighed in annoyance! And the air conditioner remote was broken and unusable; it was set to 21 degrees, freezing cold. They probably set it that way so guests wouldn't get cold and save electricity! 😣😣! I chose 7749 hotels on the app and ended up with some awful one, but it wasn't the hotel's fault, it was the staff's!
