The old guest's long hair was still stuck in the bathroom, fake eyelashes fell on the floor mat, toothpicks were still under the chair, I don't know how the room was cleaned, regular guests staying like that made me feel scared... I didn't dare check the rest of the things in the room.

The room was dirty, the glass was transparent and had no curtains so it was uninhabitable. I called the room to inform the guest that if they didn't stay, they had to cancel within 30 minutes, so the guest returned the card and then didn't get a refund even though they paid for 2 nights but hadn't stayed a single night. They do business in a dishonest and dishonest manner. If you get caught once, you'll be scared for the rest of your life. I warn everyone that if you plan to stay, be careful and thorough so you don't lose money like me.
