I booked a duplex double room and paid directly through the app for a 2-day stay. When I arrived to check in that evening, the receptionist said that room was unavailable and gave me two separate rooms, saying they had upgraded and that they would change to a double room the next day when one became available. Upon arrival, the door was broken and the toilet was clogged, requiring me to call the receptionist to fix it. The next day, when I requested a room change, a different receptionist said there were no rooms available and they would refund 20% of the room rate. No one took responsibility for resolving the issue, nor did they apologize. I am truly disappointed with the hotel's service.
