What a terrible experience. My baby accidentally broke the shower gel bottle (shower gel bottles are placed high up and can easily fall). Had to pay 700,000 VND (exorbitant). The room rate I booked was nearly 800,000 VND. So the shower gel bottle was almost equal to the room rate. The receptionist said that many guests who broke it had to pay 700 VND, so they couldn't ask for a discount. Oh, so many people were affected but the hotel didn't find an alternative and just let the guests do it 😂😂😂
