Very satisfied with the attitude and service of the staff here! The rooms are clean, the yard is large, near the night market so walking is comfortable, the breakfast is full and delicious! The only thing is that the wifi in the room is a bit weak. Other than that, this is the place I will come back to stay when I have the opportunity to go to Da Lat.

I am completely satisfied with the hotel. Especially Mr. Bellman (I don't know his name). The hotel should raise his salary because he is so enthusiastic :D, if I come back to stay, part of the reason will definitely be because of his enthusiasm. Central location, near the market, spacious room but poor soundproofing, buffet breakfast is enough for me. and I don't ask for anything more. All the staff are very enthusiastic.

My family had a 3-day, 2-night stay at the hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient, there was parking in front of the hotel, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes. Room 102, three people sharing two double beds. We are frequently startled awake at night by the sound of machinery running for 10-15 seconds. It's unclear what kind of machinery it is, or if it's from the hotel or the apartment next door, but the noise is right at the head of the bed, near the balcony.

Basically okay, but the hotel is located near the end of NKKN street, there is often traffic jam at the beginning of the street, in the morning during rush hour, taking a grab or taxi will take a long time to wait, clean and nice room (note that there is no air conditioning), delicious and varied breakfast, enthusiastic staff.

I didn't like the policy here. It was completely strict. I and my roommate gave them an ID and account verification ID to verify, but when my roommate checked out first, they didn't have any ID so they wanted to take a deposit of VND 500k.
