Check-in time at 2pm but 2:20pn still checking around and doesn't have enough room. Reception didn't understand English. Bad service. Doesn't deserve for their point. We are super disappointed. Never comeback.

Good service attitude, ok service, reasonable price

The hotel is clean, the breakfast buffet is quite good. The hotel is also close to the sea, so moving is quite convenient.

First to check in, the toilet is broken and the flush is not reported to the front desk. The next day cleaning the room for guests did not put up toothpaste, shower gel, did not change towels. Just fold things up and sweep the room. On the 3rd day of going out, I still didn't see shower gel and changed towels for me, told the front desk to change 2 towels, 1 of them still had yellow stains on the towels, afraid to never use them. I used the massage service of the spa nearby, and unfortunately my husband waited for me to take a shower and lay on the bed, and got massage oil on the bed, the next day the reception said the sheets were dirty and the laundry room department said it couldn't finish?? While the gas is still in the room. I asked the reception to handle all the money I sent, but the receptionist told me that this stain could not be washed, and the hotel was not allowed to use chemicals to wash? And quote the price for those 2 mattress sheets for me (because it is a ka bed that combines 2 single beds to make a double bed :)) the amount is more than 1 million 500 thousand. I said I've tried it = the water has dimmed a bit, but the hotel supports guests to wash it, the receptionist said it's not sure if it can be washed, so you take it out to wash. I had to bring the hotel's mattress to the outside to wash it (I've never been in a hotel where I had to take my clothes out to wash, the reception was too difficult for customers) and then brought it back to the hotel, the reception said it used chemicals, so I would call the room department to check it again. The receptionist insisted that chemicals were used and did not accept the gas return, the kind of wanting to force the guests to pay. The department will confirm and report a penalty fee of 20%. Why not support customers from the very beginning?? Had to force the customer to take it to the laundry until it was time to say no to accept it? Service and customer support of the hotel is too poor. Haven't stayed in a hotel yet. 1 very bad experience. To be scared of this hotel. The hotel is located on a one-way street, it is difficult to call a car, few cars receive the trip, there is no parking lot, so there is no car rental service. Please note when renting a room at this hotel. no bh come back

Khách sạn nằm trên đường 1 chiều, không có bãi đậu xe phải đỗ xe ở lề đường. Mình được nâng hạng 1 phòng có bồn tắm nhưng bồn tắm xả nước trực tiếp ra sàn rất. Hồ bơi nhỏ xíu 1 gia đình 3 người lớn 1 trẻ e lên là hết luôn cái hồ nhân viên có người rất thân thiện còn có người thì chắc thấy mình không phải khách tây, nói chung khách sạn 4* giá lại rẻ nên cũng không đòi hỏi gì hơn. Không gian khách sạn nhỏ, nhiều tầng nhưng bài trí gọn gàng, sạch sẽ cũng rất yên tĩnh nên cũng khá ổn.
