Family friendly hotel. The three towers are nicely placed into the bay with a kid friendly beach right at the ground floor. Bac, the front desk manager together with his team were an amazing support during our stay!

I had a great vacation here. Everything was great. The receptionist, bellman at the lobby and housekeeping were all very cooperative and supportive during my stay at the resort. The spa here is extremely wonderful. Minus point: when I bought ice cream at Lan Ha Sky Bar, the staff seemed a bit indifferent.

The room wasn't clean; I've never stayed in a resort where the room smelled so bad. The bathroom faucets and sink faucets were covered in grime and calcium deposits, clearly left uncleaned for a long time. None of the other places I've been to, even 4-star hotels, have had such basic problems; the faucets and bathrooms are always spotlessly clean.

The only good thing is that it's near the beach, the rest is expensive. For one night, they only check in at 3pm and have to check out at 11am the next day. The seasonal staff is slow, and the food is bad.

The hotel lobby smells musty, the room also smells, the interior of the room is not nice, the buffet food is of poor quality. The resort is only about 3 stars, not worthy of 5 stars. My family booked 2 nights here and felt the service was not worth the price.

Service quality is not up to 5-star standard - the room corridor has no carpet, the hotel's soundproofing is poor so it's very noisy if people walk outside. The bathtub is not clean, the hotel is under construction so it's very dusty - the cleaning after the construction is very poor. The buffet food at the hotel has few dishes - no daily changes, boring and refilling is very slow

这家住宿是大型的度假村，其实在网上评价参差不齐，住之前还是有些忐忑。但是体验确非常好，无论是员工、房间、设施还是泳池，都完全达到了五星的标准。酒店17楼的天台风景一流。几个泳池都非常好。早餐很丰富，但是从菜品的口味上说略有参差。
