Above expectations hotel. Nice staff, neat & clean, spacious room, great bed, fluffy pillow, good food at breakfast. Great location, on the center of Saigon. Just go down to go to Takashimaya shopping center and just cross the street to go to Saigon Square. Surrounded by cafes, bars, convenience store, & many street food.

Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, inside Takashimaya, it's in a great location. Almost all major tourist attractions are within walking distance, making it extremely convenient for dining, shopping, and souvenir hunting. The facilities and service are outstanding and the hotel is truly comfortable. The staff are friendly, the building is kept clean, the food is delicious, and the in-house background music is also tasteful. If I visit Ho Chi Minh City again, the first thing I will do is check for availability.

My family stayed here for 6 days. I am very satisfied with the services here. Each floor has a free coffee, cake, and fruit making room. There are also many free cans of water in the room that you can choose from. The staff is very enthusiastic and cheerful. See you again one day soon

I booked a tour through the hotel. I paid a premium price because at other hotels a premium price meant a premium tour. However at this hotel I paid a premium price and got a low quality tour. People on the same tour paid half what we did. Very disappointing.

The hotel is in an excellent location. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the walking distance to Ben Thanh Markets, Saigon Square Markets, Saigon Centre shops and popular eatries in Ho Chi Minh City. It was very easy to book Grab and bus tours due to being right near Pasteur Gate entrance to Saigon Centre. We were pleased with our 5 night stay as we had free access to the Mini bar drinks, water, tea and coffee. This was a lovely gesture.

Staff were amazing! All were friendly & spoke English. Breakfast was ok, nothing I would remember by. The other draw back was the traffic. Because it is located inside a mall, it was hard for our Taxi to pick us up during the weekend & rush hours. The reception is narrow & small compared to other hotels.

Hotel was super charming, CLEAN, and friendly. Staff was superb. It is located in the Saigon Centre mall so a great location! The food in the mall was fantastic. The Runam cafe is so cute and has wonderful food. The basement has awesome food as well esp the Thai Noodle place and their prawn tom yum dish. MUST TRY.

Great hotel in excellent location. It's right at the Pasteur Street entrance and easy to find. Rooms were very clean and spacious with great views over the river. Pool area was really nice and food and drinks were great as was the service.

Hotel was awesome....safe, clean and in great location. I had a situation where I had to arrive late and leave early and the hotel refunded the nights we did not stay at the end. Hotel is in a shopping mall so it was packed and ready for shopping and ease to find local transportation and food!!!
