Above expectations hotel. Nice staff, neat & clean, spacious room, great bed, fluffy pillow, good food at breakfast. Great location, on the center of Saigon. Just go down to go to Takashimaya shopping center and just cross the street to go to Saigon Square. Surrounded by cafes, bars, convenience store, & many street food.

Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, inside Takashimaya, it's in a great location. Almost all major tourist attractions are within walking distance, making it extremely convenient for dining, shopping, and souvenir hunting. The facilities and service are outstanding and the hotel is truly comfortable. The staff are friendly, the building is kept clean, the food is delicious, and the in-house background music is also tasteful. If I visit Ho Chi Minh City again, the first thing I will do is check for availability.

My family stayed here for 6 days. I am very satisfied with the services here. Each floor has a free coffee, cake, and fruit making room. There are also many free cans of water in the room that you can choose from. The staff is very enthusiastic and cheerful. See you again one day soon

Hotel was awesome....safe, clean and in great location. I had a situation where I had to arrive late and leave early and the hotel refunded the nights we did not stay at the end. Hotel is in a shopping mall so it was packed and ready for shopping and ease to find local transportation and food!!!

I heard about Fusion Original from my wife's friend. Took a chance and I must say, I am extremely delighted with my decision. The Family Room was large, cosy, two separate bathrooms and with a fantastic living room for our family to huddle together after returning back from dinner. The layout and design was modern with a touch of homeliness. They would also reach out via WhatsApp to see how they can help and at times, it turned out to be very useful. Fusion Original will now be my go to hotel in HCM City.

Great hotel and location. The employees are alcohol and really make the stay better. We will definitely stay here when we come back. If you need a great tailor who is across the street go stop by Pham Minh across from eddies dinner. My husband and i had so much clothes made for us. Best hotel in the city with great views. We loved walking to everything

Have encountered a small teething problem with the hotel during check-in due to registered guest name issue. The hotel policy insist that the guest name MUST BE same as passport name...no initial accepted! If not, they will insist the guest to change it via the booking platform system to regularize this name issue before u r allowed to check-in. Luckily Hotel.com managed to assist on this within 30 min for us while we have to be seated at the lobby area to resolve this Name issue....this certainly did not give a good impression at the start. Hotel is very very centrally located so it's very convenient to move around...but be prepared to face massive jam going in/out during peak hours especially over weekend

Our stay at Fusion Original was fantastic! We booked a two-bedroom unit and it was incredibly spacious for our family of four. The service was phenomenal, the hotel was spotless, and the location was truly the highlight — you can walk everywhere. Ben Thanh Market is only a 5–7 minute walk away, Saigon Fashion (for all your bargain or knock-off finds) is right across the street, and there are countless cafés, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Being connected to Saigon Centre Mall was also super convenient for shopping and grabbing essentials. Don’t miss Uniqlo inside the mall — they carry Vietnam-exclusive items that make great souvenirs. My only complaint is the Grab pick-up/drop-off situation. Because the hotel is located inside Saigon Centre, it can be quite painful getting in and out — drivers struggle to access the pick-up point and it can take a lot of time waiting. So if you plan to explore mostly on foot, this hotel is perfect. But if you’re moving around the city often, just be aware that transportation can be frustrating and slow. Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely return — just be prepared for the Grab logistics!

Hotel is gorgeous! Great location, staff is super friendly and helpful. Each floor (I believe) has a little pantry for extra coffee (w/ a machine that dispenses different types like latte's, cappuccino etc) and snacks as well (like fruits, mini muffins) for free.. ours had on the 21st floor. The room has coffee/kettle in it as well. Pool is huge! AC was great in the room.

Funky and clean hotel in a great location. Service was great. Our only comment would be that the rooms (we had a 2 bedroom suite) are not suited to a family of 5 (3 children). With no option of a rollaway bed we had one child sleeping on the couch and were charged a fee for that.
