The receipt room is completely different from the photo taken on the application. Everything in the room is very temporary and rickety, from the bed (put together many pallets and put two flattened single mattresses on), room doors, windows ... There is no wardrobe, hanger in the toilet nor ; No any towels or hand towels! Also bed and pillowcases are very dirty and smelly, do not have to be cleaned and replaced every time guests check in and check in, and the "hair" does not know which part of the previous guest on the mattress; My husband and I have to take off the drap and temporarily lie on the bottom drap layer after buying a roller to roll over in one go 😭 (because it's already dark so I don't want to bother the landlord to change the drap), an experience unforgettable for 2 couples 😅. My room is on the first floor of the house, on the floor of the room is the location of the rolling door of the house so when the guests are late in the evening or early in the morning, the rolling doors up and down make a very loud noise, so that night I almost did not sleep. okay 😩! The toilet is old and patchy, but very clean, with hot water both lavabo and shower. Although the location is in a small alley, but almost in the heart of Hanoi, you can walk freely to the typical tourist destinations of Hanoi such as the Cathedral, Ho Guom, Hoang Thanh Thang Long, walking around the Old town ... It's quite bustling and there are quite a lot of foreign customers, many attractive restaurants and bars!

The location is great, near everything you want to see. The caretakers are old couple who are really nice and helpful. They do everything by themselves and makes you feel home.

Room is not what I expected. It is dirty. No free breakfast. Gate is locked in the morning so you cannot go out even if you are hungry.

The homeowner is older so the technology is a bit slow, they check in for a long time. I arrived at the hotel at 4am and waited for 30 minutes to get the room. Breakfast was very late and did not ask guests if they wanted to eat or not, waiting for them to bring out. Public toilets, old, clean. But the toilet space is too small. No towels. Say they are so cheap then do not require more. But next time I will compensate for a better quality guest. The geographical location is good, the road is very busy, happy and bustling.

near Center, church, Hoan Kiem lake, Near places Delicious and cheap food. Friendly hostess. But the shower room is difficult to use, some is bad. Less comfort

The hotel is located in the Alley District like miniature Bui Vien Street, all Westerners. However, the restriction is that there is not much room for motorbikes. The hostess is very cute, enthusiastic and helpful. Rooms are clean and airy.
