When I came to hotel, they did not have porter to bring my suitcase and the bell boy did not open the door. But the quality of hotel is very good. the location is near the Hoan Kiem Lake, so convenient for moving around. I paid booking through app and I want to get the tax invoice but hotel said they will charge more 15% on the total receipt. This was terrible experience for whom have business trip like me. And traveloka did not give any help for me. Pls be carefully if you want to get the tax invoice for business trip. And I will consider if have new booking by agent in future.

Gondola hotel is good of all except bathroom which has a small problem: WC has got a bit bad smell, water basin is a bit difficult for use
