Great Hotel & Location. In the heart of Cau Giay. Walk to all the dining, party, and shopping spots with ease. The staff was great! OMG! It was a best experience ever given from the hospitality in Hanoi so far for me. The staff was super helpful, and so informative with a great heart of human being. The cleanliness was off the chart (beyond 5 stars). Every single time coming back in the room, all stuffs will be well organized, cleaned and on-point. With that price tag, it is tremendously wonderful. Will definitely come back here again next time real soon!

Overall, the hotel is pretty good. There's daily housekeeping and the cleaning staff are very enthusiastic, offering to change towels and linens if needed. They provide two free bottles of water daily, and the laundry service is completely free. There were some creepy-looking creatures crawling around in the kitchen. Someone said the TV wouldn't turn on, but that's just a loose plug. I couldn't turn it on either at first, but after some tinkering, it worked. The hotel closes around 10 pm, so if you're out late, go down to the parking area and take the elevator up. It's a cheap hotel with convenient services. I just needed a place to stay before exploring the city, so this place was perfect!

The room is clean, quite well equipped. Around the hotel there are many trees so the air is fresh, there is a small yard to exercise or take a walk. If you have to go home late at night, you will be supported very comfortably!!!
