I'm very confused about how the security guard chased guests away for staying late. It's better not to run a house-sitting service at all; it's better to live there yourself instead. Renting it out is a waste of money and you get yelled at (many people have given 1-star reviews because of this, but the owner still maintains this way of operating and allows the security guard to act this way, which is unacceptable).

I booked a room here and I didn't think the room would close so early. I booked here for 4 nights. Today, on the second night, I went out drinking with friends until 4am. When I got home, I rang the doorbell but no one opened it for me. In the afternoon, I asked the receptionist and they said it closes at 10pm. If I come home late, I can call the security guard and they will open it, but I rang the bell and called but no one opened it (I thought if I come home late, they will know and give me a tip). But here, I called several times but no one opened it! I've never seen a place that works like that. Normally, even a mini apartment or a hotel or a hotel that lets guests rent a room as a hotel, should they open the door at night to let guests in? So what's the point of letting guests rent a room as a hotel? No one opens the door when I call 😂. So why post it on the app so that customers misunderstand that it's a hotel? If the hours of guests' travel are controlled, what's the point of renting it like this?

Thật là một bad trip, mang tiếng Apartment mà không cho khách đi chơi tới đêm! Không biết là chủ nhà hay bảo vệ nhưng rất thái độ với khách, hỏi khách nếu đi đến 1 giờ sáng về thì đi luôn đi, thuê chỗ khác ngủ :) Rất hãm và có thái độ muốn đuổi khách đi! Khách vẫn đang đứng ở cửa nhưng lại ngang nhiên bấm cửa xuống để mặc khách ở ngoài! Mình đi học xa, lâu lâu về Hà Nội chơi với bạn bè 1 đêm, lúc 23h mình bắt đầu xuống cửa có bạn mình đón đi chơi, nhưng khi đi xuống thì có 1 bạn nào đó không biết có phải chủ hay không, mặc áo ba lỗ, ở dưới hầm, hỏi mình đi tới mấy giờ, mình nói mình chưa biết nhưng tầm 1-2h sáng mình về, thì bạn này mới nói mình nếu đi tầm đó thì đi luôn đi, không ai thức để chờ được, không về được sớm thì đi chỗ khác mà ngủ! Thái độ rất khó chịu và có ý muốn đuổi mình đi trong khi mình đã bỏ một số tiền cũng không phải rẻ (600k/đêm) ra để thuê, và mình cũng tìm hiểu đây là Apartment nên mới thuê để thoải mái giờ giấc nhưng cuối cùng lại như vậy. Sau đó mình với bạn mình chỉ kịp gặp nhau đi ăn và 12h30 mình về tới, nhưng bạn đó đã đóng cửa và mình bấm chuông thì không mở (chắc có lẽ bạn xem camera và biết đó là mình nên bạn không mở). Sau đó mình và bạn chung phòng với mình phải đứng chờ tới 15p sau mới có 1 vài bạn phòng khác về, họ về bấm chuông thì cửa mới mở… Nhưng lúc đó bạn ở Hà Nội của mình vẫn đứng chờ mình, thì tụi mình có nói chuyện 1 chút r vào, nhưng bạn chủ nhà hay bảo vệ kia lại không mảy may chút nào và bấm đóng cửa, nhốt mình và bạn mình ở ngoài lần nữa. Sau đó thì 15p sau mới có 1 bạn khách khác về, bạn này mở điện thoại lên gọi điện 1 cái cửa được mở luôn (lúc đó là 1h45p sáng). Mình cảm thấy bản thân không được tôn trọng trong khi mình là khách và trả tiền cho dịch vụ này! Mong các bạn lưu ý và đừng vướng phải trải nghiệm tồi tệ này của mình.

Room is large and comfortable, but I booked a double bed for 2 people but got a 2 single bed room, the bed transplant was not significant. Multi-room shelves are suitable for long-term stay. Fully furnished, private wifi. There are cleaning staff too. The kitchen is a bit small but still enough items to be scoured. Overall I am very satisfied and next time I will book a room in Granda next

Unfriendly staff. Every time I went to and from the hotel, the security guard looked like I was stealing. Although I greet and yes sir. Talking is nagging though I did not do anything. The place is far from the center of Hanoi at 8-9km not convenient to hang out.

Just entering the room, I immediately saw one girl who did not know who turned on the air conditioner in the middle of the phone booth, startling, thinking that the wrong room, she went straight without saying anything so I did not understand what happened. The security guard is not very friendly. Except staff, the floor is quite dirty and lack of many kitchen appliances, the shower is still broken. 😥
