Green Bay Phu Quoc Resort & Spa

Everything was great and i had a comfortable stay. But i was a bit disappointed that the other side of the resort was not open.

This hotel has hidden assets that could make it a world-class resort on Phu Quoc Island.　With just one more step, it could become world-famous.　Personally, I don't want anyone to know about it. Cottage-type resort hotels are not uncommon in Phu Quoc, but a combination of a beachfront location on a small mountain with an infinity pool and rooms is rare. Even when they are rare, the cottages are often modern, lacking authenticity and failing to appeal to Western or developed tourists. I think this is a genuinely wonderful resort hotel where you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise on the patio. At the Green Bay Resort, we have an old-fashioned architectural style that I believe will satisfy tourists. In addition, the spa and pool are very satisfactory. Combined with the fact that it is not crowded, it has a secluded resort feel. The problems can be summarized as follows: 1. Hot water capacity: 2. Limited dinner and breakfast options. 3. Beach clarity The beach is well-maintained, so it is understandable that there is nothing that can be done about the water quality. The first issue is critical. Despite the deep moated bath, the water cools down without reaching even 10 cm. We wait until the heat tank heats up, but it takes almost two hours, and the accumulated water is cold by then. In short, it's impossible to enjoy a Japanese-style bath with water kept at nearly 40°C until the end of the day. Amazing resort!!

We had an amazing stay at the Green Bay resort. The staff are all excellent and attentive, the food at the Gio restaurant is great and we ate there multiple times. The amenities at the beach like snorkelling and kayaking are super fun. Highly highly highly recommend, we will be back!

Can’t say enough good things about staying at Green Bay. It has a quiet, relaxed vibe while still offering plenty to do. The rooms are luxurious and clean but not pretentious. The staff are all friendly and don’t try to sell you extras. The food quality is high end at a reasonable price. It’s far from the airport so get the shuttle. Better value that other hotels in Phu Quoc. Highly recommended! We will be returning.

Green Bay is absolutely fantastic. We had a beach front bungalow and it was even more beautiful than it looked in the pictures! The entire resort is immaculate. The spa treatments were superb. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they made me feel really special on my birthday. The pools are both stunning and there are lots of activities like kayaking, ball games, snorkling etc. The food is great. The eco-friendly elements are amazing. The wildlife is gorgeous - birds, butterflies, geckos, crabs. If I had one negative it's that there's nothing to do after 10pm - but if you just want to relax in a stunning setting that is so much more than your average resort, this is the place to do it.

Comfortable room, good food, and very helpful staff.

We stayed in an ocean facing villa with an infinity pool. It was larger than I expected and you could do laps in the pool, when I was expecting more of a plunge pool. Amazing views and so peaceful. You can borrow snorkelling gear and kayaks from the beach kiosk and they are good fun to use in the sheltered bay. We only ate at one of the two restaurants but the food choices there were delicious. We had the booking that included afternoon tea and airport transfers but on arrival we discovered it also included a bottle of wine, a free massage treatment at the spa each and laundry and mini bar. Contact with reception was via WhatsApp which was very efficient. Service as great. Staff were lovely. It was all really relaxing.

The property was immersed in the nature, surrounded by jungle and right at the water. The water was very clean and warm.

Lovely secluded resort. Perfect for some R&R after travelling through Vietnam. Breakfast is excellent, as is the quality of the evening meals, although the menu could be expanded a little to include more Vietnamese dishes. Loved our stay.

I enjoyed the private stay at Green Bay Resort. Private beach, pools, activities, spa & massage and room are in high standard and my family were able to enjoy without inconvenience. Especially loved that all the bungalows are nature friendly. Super nice staffs and service during the stay. Not many bugs but some mosquitoes.

The Forest Private Pool villas are wonderful. The design and space are beautiful. The dining options are brilliant and all delicious. The staff cannot do enough for you. I didn't want to leave!
