The room is not clean, especially the toilet. The toilet door is not closed. Wifi is unusable, has been notified many times but not overcome for guests. Staff attitude is not enthusiastic when customers report issues that need to support customers to overcome (wifi ...) In short, compared to the price of rooms in the old town is not expensive, but compared to utilities and services is too expensive

It was clean. The services was superb. The receptionist and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. There’s no escalator in the hotel but they brought our luggage to our room. Food was nice, and in big portion. But you have to get up early as the breakfast time was from 7.00 till 8.00 am. The location was strategic as you can walk around the hotel to find food and go to the Dong Xuan Night Market on Friday. Thank you!

Staff was friendly and helpful. A girl working at the reception desk has good english. Our room is tiny but cute and clean. Great location, very close to the night market! The only minus point might be that the room wasn't very soundproof. We were woken up by people talking and stepping quite loud outside early in the morning.

The hotel is a bit old, my family room is narrow and the air conditioning is not cool. But the hotel staff are very enthusiastic, I like this one, breakfast is small but delicious.
