You should book a big room. Small rooms are very stuffy. I booked a small room and felt stuffy right away and the room was not soundproof so the next room could hear everything. So I asked for support to change rooms and pay an extra fee but the female receptionist here was not friendly. She seemed quite annoyed and unhappy. I called for support but you didn't answer the phone. I thought you were busy and went down to the lobby and saw you were still sitting there but you didn't answer the phone. Please consider this!

Lovely staff, rooms near the center. Regularly book rooms here. The room's air conditioner was broken for 2 consecutive days. It was quite tiring to travel all day and come back at night, but the staff were very enthusiastic in supporting.
