The hotel is good and very comfortable

The best of service...

I book 1 room with 1 double bed, 20m wide for myself when I work in Hanoi. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was assigned to a 3-bed room (1m each bed) with the reason that I was booked so there was no room left for me and the hotel had only 1 room left. The receptionist also asserted to me, "In our hotel, double beds are made up of 2 single beds like this" and the hotel does not agree to refund the money for upgrading my room by staying. 1 of 3 single rooms (of family) arranged as bait fish. I felt no remorse for having decided to book only 1 day at Amanda Hotel instead of 1 week for a business trip.

Small room, little breakfast nothing. It is convenient to travel in the city, but when the pedestrian street is active, it is difficult for cars to come in, it takes a walk to get to ks.

It's very near the center of old Quarter. Their Staff is very nice and good service.

Delicious food. The convenient location is a short walk to the lake. However, the old steam room, sometimes smells bad from the toilet fly (night). Outside the room was a bit loud because the maid talked loud and long. The morning was still asleep when the floor was cleaned up and pulled up loudly

The staff was so nice and helpful. But the room is quite dark and new towels they changed daily was a bit dirty. But i really liked the location and staffs. And they should change the breakfast daily instead of using the old food from yesterday.

Snow. Nothing to complain. Clean

Small room, baby bed, not clean. No welcome drink, lack of face towels. Toiletries not be so friendly. Furniture in the rooms old. Grab your best grade (Family room). Breakfast little choice and too much greasy, fried, it was very hard to swallow fire. No famous pho dishes are easy to make and is characterized by HN. Additionally, up to 1 to send a private car elsewhere, you lose more money offline.

Convenient location, friendly staff and always help. Prices are quite reasonable for such conditions, will be back and recommend to friends!

Staff were friendly, enthusiastic help, although late check-in at 3am! Basic breakfast, however the toilet, not in the corner clean, so easy smelly old

Wonderful hotel..I was traveling with my 2 friends and we got cheap price for family room via traveloka..as we arrived at hotel around 11a. m, our planned just to put the bag then going around the town but the receptionist offer us to enter the room early but he asked for a time to prepared it..he was so nice and speak english very very well. Our room not too big but it is so enough for 3. We got laptop in room and everything..also balcony to get some smoke :D. When we like to go around the town..they really help us with every direction needed. The hotel itself near the old quarter and close to hoan kiem lake..do the walk to many stores around. Once again with a very good english service. The breakfast delicious..even when we checked out the next day around 5 in the morning, they gave us a take away breakfast..yeayyy!^^ Some said: you get what u paid but I could say I get more thankz traveloka..a very good job hanoi amanda hotel..God bless you guys
