On the occasion of Tet holiday, my family of 4 went to visit Da Lat city. First when getting off the plane, my family went to Hoa Sen hotel, located at 103-105 Phan Dinh Phung and felt the climate here is wonderful like in Europe, the locals are very hospitable, life This place is very exciting, especially the traffic police here also enthusiastically guide tourists, when there is a violation, only remind, but it is disappointing when entering this Hoa Sen Hotel, my family is allocated room 409 but no " View” because I had previously booked a room with “View” at a high price, the receptionist Ms. Trinh changed room 403 for me, but this room did not have hot water for living. At the reception counter, this was on the evening of February 4, 2022, after that, it was fixed and the running water was only enough to brush teeth. In the morning of February 5, 2022 I also reported that the hot water supply was not enough for living, the reception arranged our family to go to room 209, the water in this room was quite good but only for one day, then back in there. Because our family went sightseeing during the day and didn't come back to the hotel "Ks" until the evening and discovered that there was no hot water for daily living, I and everyone in the other rooms complained but only received the answer: "due to too many guests, the city water supply system was interrupted" that's it! Just have to bear it. If there was no water or whatever, the hotel would have to list it at the front desk or apologize, or give the money back to the guest to find another place to stay, here, the guest who booked the room still received and serviced it. included is not as originally agreed. Actually, when we go out, we must receive comfort, but when we return to Hoa Sen, we must receive sadness, our family stayed for 3 nights but only showered once. Thus Hoa Sen Hotel has deceived customers, my husband reported this to the Inspector of the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Lat city to propose to handle this matter, the Department Inspector directed the Dalat City Tourism Department to take care of the guests. hotel to work, but unfortunately, only met these 2 comrades for 5” because today 7/2/2022 at 10:45, our family checked out and returned to Ho Chi Minh City and those 2 comrades will inform Let my husband know the results of the treatment to avoid future visitors from having the same problem.

Good location hotel. room ok. However, the service needs to be improved a lot: hot and weak, wifi on the 4th floor is not available. Using wifi below the 2nd and 3rd floor, the signal is poor. The desk phone in the room was damaged, could not call the front desk. Maybe it's because the quality has not recovered after the translation.

Overall assessment 7/10, few points I send you: 1. Location: City center, convenient to move to eat as well as to play 2. Attitude, customer care: Receptionist enthusiastic 3 Room: quite small but fully equipped with basic, clean and modern interior colors. Interior near 1 closet, 1 tab bedside, 1 table 1 tea set kettle, 1 boiling water pot, 1 TV, with hair dryer. Should add clothes hook. TV is a bit small. The design has no power outlet to charge the battery and the lamp at the bedside is quite inconvenient. Should arrange a bed on the side 1 for spacious walkways on 1 side. I love the hotel door is definitely safe, the soundproofing is still a bit of the corridor. Bathrooms are fully equipped, good quality, sufficient area, good shower. The bed is smooth but the pillow is inflated with high sleepiness, so the neck pain should collapse by 25%.
