Dirty room, changed twice but still had cockroaches, bed was itchy all night and couldn't sleep, staff was indifferent and didn't help

Tiny, old room, no hot or cold, nothing, broken air conditioner, had to be turned on by the staff for a long time to turn on. Can't adjust the temperature, either freeze to death or heat to death. Slept for 1 night and got tonsillitis, spent 1 million on medicine.

I stayed here for 2 days but the room was not cleaned on any day. There was no hot water for 2 days. I took a cold shower and got sick. The first day I complained and they said they would fix it. The second day was the same and they didn't apologize at all. The room didn't have a TV. Amenities were worse than a cheap place to rent. The toilet was too simple. It seemed like the toilet hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
