The hotel was nice and spacious, but the facilities were poor; the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and the TV was black and white.

Hmm, I got a great deal on the app, so the room price was reasonable for me. The location is near the Western Bus Station and a supermarket. The staff were friendly, and although the room was a bit old, I was just going to sleep there and leave early, so it was okay.

The bathtub doesn't have a lid so I can't soak in it. The shower is upstairs so I have to stand in the bathtub every time I shower. Maybe because I booked the cheapest room, I got this room. Room 259k 1 night

I stayed here for 2 days but the room was not cleaned on any day. There was no hot water for 2 days. I took a cold shower and got sick. The first day I complained and they said they would fix it. The second day was the same and they didn't apologize at all. The room didn't have a TV. Amenities were worse than a cheap place to rent. The toilet was too simple. It seemed like the toilet hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
