日本のビジネスホテルのような感じです。スタッフは日本語が話せるので、ストレス無しでチェックインからチェックアウトまで過ごせます。出張で行く日本人や言語（ベトナム語や英語）に自信がない人にお勧めのホテルだと思います。最上階に大浴場がありますが、シャワーの勢いが強すぎてちょっと痛いくらいでした。これが解決されればすべて満点です。ハノイに行った時には、いつもこのホテルを利用しています。

I was satisfied with the cost by performance. I stayed here for 16 nights. The staff speaks Japanese, whose attitudes are polite and bright. The room was upgraded and clean. They serve free laundry service up to 5 pieces/day, free dinner curry, rice and miso soup during 5-8pm, followed by free rice ball and miso soup during 8-10pm. Perfectly amazing!!!

This is a Japanese hotel, in an area with a lot of Japanese and Korean restaurants and shops. The area is quite different to the old town - very few tourists but pretty nice. The hotel itself was a basic clean Japanese style. Good room and bathroom. Staff really only speak very basic English but are nice.
