Easy and early check-in. Good location.

Very nice hotel, highly recommended

The service was outstanding the moment we walked in. The door staff helped guide our Grab to pick us up, helped us arrange a package delivery, accommodated all our requests, and even made recommendations for dinner and directions how to walk. Our room was very classy although a bit small as the bathroom shared the same space as the bed with a thin curtain. The “city view” was mostly building roofs, but was quite aesthetic at night. Also, nearby rooftop bars or the hotel’s own bar play loud music until around 10pm, but hotel included good earplugs if you want to sleep early. The pool is connected to the public rooftop bar. It is very large and infinity.

Everything was great. Only downside was that the pillows and mattress were too soft. Even after they removed the mattress topper, bed was still soft.

Very nice beautiful place but staff were not the friendliest this time around. The room pricy for its size.

Absolutely excellent hotel. The entire place is exquisite. Great rooms. Great beds. Bathrooms have proper Japanese style toilet seats. And the best part? Breakfast. Make sure you opt for it. Amongst my best memories of food in Saigon. This place is a gem

This was my first experience at Des Arts Sai Gon, and while it’s rated as a 5-star hotel, I didn’t feel it lived up to that standard. The service overall was fine, but I noticed a couple of front desk staff were not as friendly as I expected. One night, a friend visited me in Saigon. She was quite drunk, so for her safety, I asked if she could rest in my room until she felt better to drive home. She was dressed casually, not in fancy attire. When we returned to the hotel, the girl at the front desk gave us uncomfortable looks. I explained that she was my guest and might stay for a couple of hours, and I was willing to pay any extra charge if needed. However, the girl at the front desk told me my room was only for two people and that I’d need to rent another room if she stayed. This was unreasonable for just a short rest for safety, so I ended up calling a car to take her home. What truly made me write this review was the next day when my friend came back to pick up her car and me. As we walked in, one of the front desk staff gave us a side eye look, which felt very unprofessional for a supposed 5 star hotel. I didn’t feel welcome during my stay. I had expected a good experience given the room price, but instead, my friend and I felt judged and looked down upon. If you want a truly welcoming hotel with great service, location, and food, I would not recommend this one especially since the front desk seems more focused on appearances than making guests feel genuinely valued.

Great service, amenities and location. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean and I loved the decor. The rooftop bar and pool were amazing too! And dining at The Albion was a great experience.

This is one of my favorite place to stay because the services were great, the space is well organized and tight but really cute. It’s very convenient to walk to anywhere and the price is pretty good if you organized.

This is a great hotel with some of the best service I’ve ever received. You are well cared for the minute you check in and then you are wrapped up in good care from the entire staff throughout your stay. The breakfast buffet is amazing and it changes day to day with new offerings. The staff there will go out of their way to make you feel like you are special. The spa offers talented massage therapists! I cannot recommend them enough. It was the best splurge on self care ever. If you need ideas or suggestions, the front desk staff and concierge will help you. Everything is walkable in district 1. I only wish I had more time here!! Highly recommend them for you HCMC needs.
