Very nice hotel, highly recommended

The service was outstanding the moment we walked in. The door staff helped guide our Grab to pick us up, helped us arrange a package delivery, accommodated all our requests, and even made recommendations for dinner and directions how to walk. Our room was very classy although a bit small as the bathroom shared the same space as the bed with a thin curtain. The “city view” was mostly building roofs, but was quite aesthetic at night. Also, nearby rooftop bars or the hotel’s own bar play loud music until around 10pm, but hotel included good earplugs if you want to sleep early. The pool is connected to the public rooftop bar. It is very large and infinity.

Everything was great. Only downside was that the pillows and mattress were too soft. Even after they removed the mattress topper, bed was still soft.

Very nice beautiful place but staff were not the friendliest this time around. The room pricy for its size.

Always fills up! Twice I could not a get room on the spot since I didn't pre-book - Book early!

【総合評価】 5つ星にふさわしいホテルでした。また泊まりたいと思える、特別な滞在となりました。 部屋やインテリアの細部までこだわりを感じ、空間そのものが非日常を演出していました。料理やスタッフのサービスも申し分なく、ルーフトップバーやそこからの景色には大満足でした。さらに忘れ物をした際の対応も素晴らしく、感動しました。 【良かった点】 ルーフトップバーとプールは最高でした。夜景と雰囲気が特に印象的。 料理がとても美味しく、朝食はぜひ付けるべきです。 宿泊客は欧米人が多く、異国感があり「旅行している」気分をより味わえました。 ホテル全体のインテリアにこだわりが感じられ、香りも上品で心地よかったです。 他のホテルにも泊まりましたが、こちらで海パンを忘れてしまった際の対応が神対応でした。 → 探して見つけてくれた上にクリーニングまでしてくれ、待っている間はドリンクまで提供してくれました。さらにホテルの紙袋までいただき、トラブルがむしろ特別な体験に変わりました。こうしたサービスで「また来たい」と強く思えました。 23階のレストランは少し高めですが、とても美味しく行く価値があります。 部屋のテレビに額縁がついていて特別感があり、YouTubeも視聴できました。非日常空間で自宅のような日常感を味わえるのは新鮮でした。 立地も便利で、ホテル前の施設では日曜にナイトマーケットや屋外ライブが開催され、地元の雰囲気を楽しめました。移動はGrabで全く問題なし。 館内で流れている音楽もおしゃれで雰囲気に合っていました。 【残念だった点】 部屋のテレビに前の宿泊者のYouTubeアカウントが残っていました。プライバシー面では好ましくないので、すぐに削除しました。

Absolutely excellent hotel. The entire place is exquisite. Great rooms. Great beds. Bathrooms have proper Japanese style toilet seats. And the best part? Breakfast. Make sure you opt for it. Amongst my best memories of food in Saigon. This place is a gem

This was my first experience at Des Arts Sai Gon, and while it’s rated as a 5-star hotel, I didn’t feel it lived up to that standard. The service overall was fine, but I noticed a couple of front desk staff were not as friendly as I expected. One night, a friend visited me in Saigon. She was quite drunk, so for her safety, I asked if she could rest in my room until she felt better to drive home. She was dressed casually, not in fancy attire. When we returned to the hotel, the girl at the front desk gave us uncomfortable looks. I explained that she was my guest and might stay for a couple of hours, and I was willing to pay any extra charge if needed. However, the girl at the front desk told me my room was only for two people and that I’d need to rent another room if she stayed. This was unreasonable for just a short rest for safety, so I ended up calling a car to take her home. What truly made me write this review was the next day when my friend came back to pick up her car and me. As we walked in, one of the front desk staff gave us a side eye look, which felt very unprofessional for a supposed 5 star hotel. I didn’t feel welcome during my stay. I had expected a good experience given the room price, but instead, my friend and I felt judged and looked down upon. If you want a truly welcoming hotel with great service, location, and food, I would not recommend this one especially since the front desk seems more focused on appearances than making guests feel genuinely valued.

Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei, excelente quarto , roof top sensacional com o Bar. Cafe da manhã impecável com excelentes opções, equipe extremamente educada. Volto a ficar sem dúvida neste hotel. Perto de bares, restaurantes, museus e vida noturna.
