Expedia Group verified review

I didn’t stay at the property as after booking on and paying to Expedia, the hotel informed us they don’t accept Expedia bookings. Then spent £40 on gold with Expedia trying to get the rooms cancelled and refunded. Still hasn’t been done! Bad experience with both companies!
