1. I booked a blue-tone room, the app owner gave me an application to book a regular, small room. When I got there, they initially gave me a regular room because the owner thought it was a regular room, I refused, I went up to the blue-tone room, it was not cleaned yet, because the hotel had a guest booked so the room was cleaned. Then the owner said that the blue-tone room was 1 million and explained that I booked a regular room and had already cleaned the regular room for me. Okay, I'm fine and stayed in the regular room. While the regular room on the app was 600 and the room I booked on the app was 750, I booked for 4 nights, so I was ripped off by 600k. 2. However, the room was cleaned, but the pillows were yellow and not clean (There was only one old maid here, it looked very pitiful, the owner's family also lived on the lower floors of the hotel). The room was the same as the picture, but dirty 3. The doors could be closed and not closed. 4. Motorbikes must be left outside, only allowed at night, said to leave it there so it won't be lost, while the iron plate for motorbikes to go up and down is afraid of being lost 5. At night, the cat meows all night (very scary) 6. Bad attitude, when I stayed the first night, I asked to check out, but the phone was not answered. While before, I called and the phone was answered immediately. The guy who made the app couldn't get through either. It feels like both the guy who made the app and the owner are scammers 7. Said it was just a hotel, but it was just like a motel or a boarding house 8. I don't understand why, after I rated it, Traveloka gave me 5.0, but in reality it was only 1.0

It was not really impressed me since the time of check in, the lady was not even ask for anything just handed me a key and sent me to my room. About the room, there is no locked at all, whenever I am outside I keep thinking about wheter someone will be breaking into my room and then the bathroom door also cannot be closed, it was very bad. The AC is very noisy. Not to mention the bed is hard. I booked city room and got wall view, my room supposed to have washing machine but it doesn't. Why I have to pay extra when my room is a standard room? I talk to the team and it was very disappointing, if I move to bigger room then I have to pay, it is not about the additional charge but it is about me not getting what I paid for and instead of giving me what I booked they offer me free laundry, once again it is not about the laundry. They should look more into their units because the conditions is not really good. Two things that I like are the wifi connection and the housekeeping lady whos not speaking any English but she is really helpful.
