I stayed for 2 nights. The room and bathroom were very clean. Complete cooking utensils were provided in the apartment. Only the internet was not strong enough. The apartment is close to cafes and restaurants, as well as mini markets.

The hotel is located in the center. Right on the food street. Enthusiastic receptionist, nice room, TV with internet connection to watch YouTube comfortably, there is Netflix but you must have an account, the hotel does not have it available.

This is my second time coming to Hanoi and I still believe in coming back to Irest Apartment. I made the right choice when I spent 10 nights in Hanoi with my lover at Irest Apartment. - First of all, Irest has an extremely convenient location for traveling and shopping. Especially if you stay for a long time like me, needing to go grocery shopping, going to the market, or going to the supermarket is very practical and Irest meets all of this! Just walk a few steps and you can go to the grocery store, market, or supermarket (it's best to ask the receptionist or the people around you, everyone is very friendly). - Second, Irest has a suitable and very comfortable space, each room also has full dining and cooking utensils, complete and quality pots and pans. My lover and I were able to cook dinner when we were in Irest together. The bathroom, bedroom, and dining room are all very high quality and clean. The housekeeping staff are also extremely attentive and thoughtful: > even if they fall asleep, they still ask if they need to clean the room and change towels and water. - Third, Irest also provides a netflix account with a big screen TV. Although the wifi is intermittent at times, it's still very good: > For long-distance lovers like me who come to Hanoi just hoping to have moments in With a perfect and wonderful lover and even more affordable, Irest is truly a chance and I am very pleased to once again choose Irest as my destination in Hanoi.

The hotel and the room were good except for the Wi-Fi being very bad and the hotel staff called us many days later to ask us to pay for water bottles from the mini fridge, which we did not take. This is a common way for hotels to earn a little bit extra, and it really lowers their professionality when they do this. Don't fall for this. Lots of hotels do it.

Đây là một trong những chỗ ở mình đánh giá rất rất cao. Phòng ở đẹp, sạch và rất tiện nghi. Dịch vụ dọn phòng và lễ tân cũng rất thân thiện và sẵn sàng hỗ trợ tận tình các yêu cầu từ khách hàng. Đặc biệt là chỗ ở với mỗi phòng còn cung cấp đầy đủ dụng cụ ăn uống và các tiện nghi nhà tắm rất oke. 1 điểm nho nhỏ mà rất khác biệt là bàn chải có sẵn Irest dùng loại mềm xài rất oke và dễ chịu. Quá tốt và xứng đáng với giá tiền cực kỳ luôn ấy. 10/10 chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại khi đến Hà Nội lần sau

Phòng xuống cấp thấy rõ. Mình đi lần này là lần thứ 3 nhưng CSVC ở đây không còn được như ngày xưa. Tường chỗ máy lạnh có vết ố nước, sàn khá bẩn và sạn, khách sạn xem lại nhân viên buồng phòng. Ai dự kiến đi trong tháng này thì thôi vì đường đang sửa ra vào khách sạn rất khó và buổi đêm còn có tiếng sửa đường khá bất tiện. Trải nghiệm không tốt, sẽ không quay lại.

The room is quite good... only the bathtub is a bit old so there are stains, the shower faucet also has calcium deposits so it is not very pleasing to the eye. There are many convenient restaurants around.. Next time if I have a chance, I will continue to book here
