The hotel is reasonably priced, the room is a bit small at 200k so I paid an extra 100k/2 nights to stay in a larger room with a window, lacking amenities like shampoo, hair dryer, kettle, the room is not too old but not new either, the cleanliness is okay, if it was dirty I would rate it 1* 😆😆. The location is close to the center, easy to get around, there is a mini stop at the beginning of the hotel, because I only went out to take a nap at noon and in the evening so I didn't need it to be too fancy. The review is okay, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, going to the 1st floor is ok but going out is tiring and going to the 2nd-3rd floor is not very good

The trash can is not empty, there is no toilet paper, the faucet is weak, while taking a shower, there is no water. When the receptionist comes to check in, he asks for a bank bill to pay for the new booking to check in.

No maintenance has been done in this place for years,"communal"soap in the bathroom, comb with previous guests ' hair in it, noisy extractor fan wired together with air conditioner so you can have both or neither running, don't bother.

I see the hotel but it's like a motel room, all I can say is that it's bad, I have to climb the stairs, luckily I'm on the 1st floor, but the stairs are tall, it's okay if anyone carries a suitcase up, what hotel does not have Elevator, I can't believe it

Ngày đầu tới đưa booking trên app thì bạn lễ tân nói là anh thông cảm loại phòng anh đặt hết rồi. Em còn loại phòng đắt hơn và anh bù tiền đổi ở phòng đó được không? Vì cũng muộn rồi nên mình chấp nhận trả thêm tiền và nhận phòng. Lên đến nơi thì phòng khá bẩn và cũ. Trên trần mạng nhện lung tung cả. Vòi nước hỏng và khó khăn mới dùng được. Nói chung là ngày đầu khá tệ. Có việc nên mình cần ở thêm 3 ngày nữa. Book tiếp trên app thì thấy không còn phòng. Xuống hỏi lễ tân thì bạn đó nói nếu anh book trực tiếp ở đây thì vẫn còn phòng và đắt thêm 50 ngàn so với giá trên app. Thôi thì lỡ ở rồi nên mình tiếp tục ở vì có việc quan trọng gần đó. Lên phòng thì cái điều khiển điều hoà hỏng không bấm được. Gọi bạn lễ tân lên thì bạn nói muộn rồi không sửa được, mai bạn ấy sẽ sửa sớm. Vậy là chấp nhận ngủ không điều hoà trong một ngày Sài Gòn rất nóng. Nhưng mà cả 3 ngày ở phòng đó vẫn không ai sửa cả, nói các bạn lễ tân thì bạn nào cũng vâng vâng nhưng toàn hứa rồi bỏ đó. Hết 3 ngày nóng đổ lửa giữa Sài Gòn mà không bật được máy lạnh là một trải nghiệm thực sự khủng khiếp. Tưởng vậy là xong rồi, đến khi xuống thanh toán tiền thì gặp một bạn lễ tân mới. Bạn này dứt khoát đòi thêm tiền nữa và mình phải rất kiên nhẫn nói là khi nhận phòng bên em đã báo anh là phòng đắt hơn 50 ngàn so với app và anh đã chấp nhận. Giờ em đòi thêm nữa là anh không đồng ý. Xong bạn ý gọi cho ai đó (chắc là chủ) hai người nói chuyện với nhau và trong cuộc nói chuyện đó thì cả lễ tân và chủ đều gọi mình là “nó”. Một loại ngôn ngữ rất phản cảm và thiếu tôn trọng khách. Cuối cùng bạn lễ tên nói là bạn ấy xin lỗi vì nhầm giá. Nói chung là khách sạn này cần phải xem lại, app cũng cần xem lại việc hợp tác với những khách sạn thế này. Các bạn đi du lịch thì cân nhắc hãy đặt nhé
