The manager was very enthusiastic in supporting me from the time I arrived until I left :))). The room checked in early but there was no extra charge. The room was ok, the price was reasonable, fully equipped, clean, and cleaned daily. Find a random hotel on the system, unexpectedly choose a hotel you like. The rooms are clean, airy, and best of all, the "gold-plated" elevator is convenient for virtual living. For travelers who don't care too much about the hotel view (sea view, forest view,...) then this is a 5-star option. The hotel is located in a small alley so it is very quiet, but right at the beginning of the alley is Con Dao market, walking distance to the dining area, and very close to Hang Duong cemetery. The hotel owners are extremely friendly, customer service 10 points, guide me to billions of things from car rental to places to eat. Opposite the hotel is the owner's coffee shop, I can quench my thirst, eat coconut ice cream and eat there. In general, the first time I travel independently and book tickets through Traveloka, this is an experience that exceeds expectations. If I come back to Con Dao, I will still choose Kim Ngan hotel.

It was a very satisfying experience; the room was spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. It's also close to Hang Duong Cemetery. I arrived early, but the hotel still allowed me to check in early. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The reception was always empty. I had to wait for about 30 minutes for check-in. When there are some problem in the room, you want to talk to the staff but there were no one at the front desk so, again I had to wait for 1 hour looking for the staff. The hotel has no direct contact number. Therefore, I was kind of worried that my request was acceptable. I could handle any unexpected issues at the hotel for one night but not two nights in a row at the same hotel. My complaint wouldn’t have been brought up if there was someone at the front dest.

Every time we go to Con Dao, my family only stays here, for 4-5 years now. The hotel is right next to Hang Duong cemetery, right next to the market, very convenient to walk to. If any family just needs a place to rest, not focusing on breakfast buffet or high-class experience, Kim Ngan is worth trying.
