We don’t generally stay at expensive places like this so I have a hard time comparing how good the place is for the price. But I can say it’s clean, it’s quiet, it’s trustworthy and nice… but I can Garuntee you you won’t find better hotel staff. Hang Pham was the nicest and helpful hotel staff I’ve ever had an I travel everywhere. She had so many great suggestions. She made our trip better.

A beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff! The hotel is well located for walking around the old city. Many shops and restaurants. You can walk to the lake and the Japanese bridge easily. Hang Phan was extremely helpful in making our stay comfortable! I highly recommend this boutique hotel!
