Second time staying at this lovely, central hotel in the Old Quarter. Great location and close to restaurants, bars and shops. The room was very clean, spacious with great amenities. Breakfast is a buffet selection of local and European with several egg dish options to order. The Skybar is a great place to hang out at night with a wonderful view across the lake.

The staff really knows how to take care of their guests. From the time you arrive they receive you like VIP’s to the day you leave they cater to your every need. The amenities were great, the spa offered good packages, very clean and nicely set up. Cool rooftop bar. But the one thing I enjoyed the most was the amazing breakfast. I got so spoiled, it ruined my experience at the hotels I stayed after.

This is a great hotel with the perfect combination of location and quality. It is located at the edge of the old quarter so its near enough but a nice escape from the busyness old quarter. Staff here go above and beyond to help you with suggestions on things to do in the country and also with any special food or dietary requirements. Special mention for Nam who was very helpful. Thank you to all staff!

Location! Location! Location! It's centre of the centre and near everything. The hotel is new, luxury with exceptional customer service. Breakfast is delicious, not too many choices like other big hotels, but all choices are very good, especially their daily soup and homemade juice. Make sure to have a drink in their roof top bar and you can have the full view of Hoan Kiem Lake.

Rose was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is strategically located in the Northern part of Hoan Kiem lake. Breakfast was very delicious, and Jennifer is always there to welcome you.

Our experience at La Sinfonía del Rey was absolutely beyond phenomenal - we loved every aspect of our stay. Upon arriving we were struck by the beauty of the building and excellent location on Hoan Kiem lake. From the moment we walked through the doors and were greeted by the staff in the lobby, every interaction was fantastic. In particular, our personal concierge, Henry, was incredibly attentive, accommodating, caring, and helpful. As a Hanoi native, Henry has vast first-hand insight into the best shops, restaurants, sights, tours and guides. There wasn't a need that went unmet. We looked forward to visiting with Henry he is just a truly delightful person - we're tremendously grateful to have had the chance to get to know him! La Sinfonía del Rey is a very special property made even more so by the staff. Yes, the accommodations are lovely, the decor on point, the sheets luxurious, the food excellent (particularly the buffet breakfast where you're spoiled for choice), the location superb, but it's the PEOPLE who make this an EXPERIENCE. Don't hesitate to book La Sinfonía del Rey, you'll be so pleased that you did!

The property is centraly located. It is upscaled and has an amazing rooftop terace restaurant. Check in process is stylish and personalized. A lot of vauchers were provided during the check in. Breakfast was a high end. Amazing place to stay.
