I arrived at the hotel after 2 PM, had to wait about 15 minutes for my room, and when I got there, the staff were moving out the cleaning supplies, and the floor was still wet. The room had poor soundproofing, the window had a cracked pane and couldn't be closed properly. The hotel needs to improve these issues.

At first, I read the reviews and saw that everyone said the staff was not very welcoming, so I was a bit nervous, but when I arrived, it was not the case at all, they were extremely friendly. I didn't expect much from the room, but when I checked in, it was a big surprise, super nice, but the soundproofing was a bit bad, I could hear the noise outside. If anyone needs privacy, I don't think the room is soundproof. There are also Winmart and Circle nearby. NCL 8.5/10 (minus 1.5 points for soundproofing, hehe)

Khách sạn sạch sẽ tốt, chỉ có điểm trừ là ấm siêu tốc hơi cũ, nếu cải thiện được thì 10 điểm. Khu vực xung quanh nhiều tiện ích như cửa hàng tiện lợi, nhiều hàng quán bình dân, có cả một khu chợ dành cho khu dân cư gần đó.

Đã đặt phòng trên app rồi, nhưng khi đến thì bên khách sạn nói do đặt phòng không thanh toán trước nên phòng không được giữ, không còn phòng đó nữa, bắt buộc mình phải thêm tiền để ở phòng khác, ủaaa. Nhưng đối với hạng phòng mình đặt thì app đâu có cần thanh toán trước

Phòng ốc rất ổn và sạch sẽ nhưng Thái độ của nhân viên lễ tân thì vô cùng tệ. Nhân viên lễ tân cằn nhằn với khách vì không gọi được điện thoại lên phòng của khách, khách không nghe máy thì đấy vẫn là việc của khách tại sao lễ tân lại cằn nhằn với khách? Việc khách check out muộn thì cũng đã có quy định của khách sạn là thu thêm phụ phí. Thế nhưng lễ tân vẫn tiếp tục cằn nhằn và khó chịu với tôi, nói với giọng rất không hài lòng là “lần sau em chú ý check out trước 12.00 nếu không sẽ bị phụ thu”. Tôi đã biết rõ quy định này của khách sạn rồi, và tôi đã nộp thêm phụ phí khi thanh toán nên lễ tân không cần phải nói điều này với một thái độ rất khó chịu như vậy với khách. Nói chung là dịch vụ rất tệ.

Never comeback, bad soundproofing, anyone who wants to hear what the next room is doing, just come here. In front of the hotel, there is a smelly sewer in front of the hotel, which makes Huong puke. My room was in the type of 2 double beds, 2 nights used 2 bottles of water and charged 20k for water, with the reputation of the hotel being okay for 1 bottle of water, I was a bit surprised, I flew out to Hanoi for work, so I found a hotel near my partner For convenience, I booked on the app and installed card payment and still forced me to pay a deposit to keep the room and bad service attitude
