Little Hanoi Hostel

The entrance and stairs are quite dirty and smelly. Room is very dirty, many black streaks, dirty on the wall, floor, bathroom. Even my new towels got dirty, which is the last point I can't stand. I booked 4 nights in advance but only stayed 1 night and I checked out the next day.

Bad service really! I booked nearly a month in advance, the price was quite cheap, the hotel did not have a confirm call, when I arrived, the hotel said the current price was much higher than the price I book and kept complaining, then Set up your room. The room was really bad, the water heater was broken for 2 days without repairing (the hotel already knew it but still arranged for me that room), the TV was also damaged, the air conditioner turned on all the time, the two girls had to carry their suitcases upstairs. 4 without any help from the staff, asking if there is an elevator, the hotel told me another million to go somewhere else and there was an elevator, the hotel was also much older than the image ... If If I go to Hanoi again I will never stay in this hotel!

- When booking, write with breakfast to the place where there is no breakfast. Take 2 motorbikes to collect overnight parking. Check in, the first time you put in a room full of trash, blankets and blankets. 2nd time living room is still in (like photo). 3rd time for Twin room despite booking Double. Too bad, never come back!

The date I arrived, they didn’t have any information about my reservation. They just say “sorry, our system was down”. In case, they didn’t have a room available, where I stayed? AC and hot water didn’t work because my mother can’t take a shower without hot water. I ask them to repair or change new room but they refuse change new room for me.

center, transportation, food. the room is a bit old but the staff is very cute

I only spent one night here, the facilities were basic but not lacking. The most amazing thing about this place is the receptionist guy. He helped me arrange a bus trip to nearby city in such late hours, allowed us to keep our luggage while we’re out of town, ordered grab car for us and taking our luggage to the car! What else can you expect. If you’re not a hygiene queen, definitely make your stay here. You won’t regret it.

The staff were helpful. They clean the room daily. However, we booked the deluxe room for the bathtub but the hot water was hard to figure out. There was no elevator as well and we were on the 5th floor.

Had to wait for 1.5 hours until 15:30 to be checked into the room with no complimentary drink. This property has no lift/elevator and we couldn’t go up the 4th floor (86 years of age). Asked to pay an extra US$10.00 for a room change to ground floor. Room amenities were old, rusty and room is musty and very damp due to heavy rain. Toilet was old, smelly with ur*n*. Staff were nice, which was the only good point. Breakfast was so simple and plain - a small dish of instant noodles fried with some mustard, tea or coffee. That was all. The room rates were not any cheaper than other surrounding properties. To sum up, this property is not worth its rates.

The room has ants crawling into the room, the receptionist doesn't understand I have to borrow a mosquito spray.

I have booked a few days in advance but come to check in the reception newspaper fully booked. It was then taken to the family room, which was badly conditioned but the weather was very hot

the woman at receptionists speak english fluently and very helpful so you can ask her for everything and she will arrange for you... minus is no lift at hotel

That’s great room for my one day trip. Nice staffs but breakfast is normal.

The room is identical to the picture. Have breakfast, free hot tea during the stay. Staff are very enthusiastic.
