The hotel is very good and the staff is friendly. I went during the time when Hanoi was flooded, the roads were flooded, and it was very difficult, but the hotel still supported me to check out late until 4pm. I was very happy and will come back next time.

When checking in, you have to wait until 3PM to enter the room. The King bed room is rough, the air conditioner is not cold, the cleaning staff is noisy, the breakfast is limited and bad... the money is not worth it.

Phòng đẹp tiện nghi nhưng cách âm rất rất rất kém! Mình thuê hai đêm không đêm nào ngủ nổi vì tiếng động từ các phòng bên cạnh và từ hành lang vọng vào phòng. Trong phòng còn có tiếng nước chảy róc rách mãi, máy lạnh thì kêu ầm ầm🥲 thuê khách sạn 4 sao mà trải nghiệm không bằng cả nhà nghỉ bình thường.
