Thật ân hận khi đặt phòng ở Villas này! với số tiền 2,6 triệu mà nhận lại như nhà nghỉ giá 300k! Đặt trước 2 tiếng, tới nơi nhìn khách như người ngoài hành tinh! Trong phòng thì nước đóng chai chẳng để lên trên bàn! Tủ lạnh có 1 chai nước suối, hỏi thì nói tính tiền! Nước xịt phòng hắc, nồng; bí bách! Mở cửa thì muỗi! Cơ sở vật chất không xứng đáng với giá tiền bỏ ra! Chỗ cầu trượt, khu vui chơi trẻ em thì bẩn thỉu!

The facilities are very nice, the campus has many virtual check-in points, worthy of a 3 * hotel, very convenient to visit Ba Vi National Park. But I am very dissatisfied with 3 things: 1. The living environment is surrounded by people who raise animals (cow, dog, pig...) so the smell of animal feces is sometimes unbearable. 2. The toilet in the room I rented had an unbearable strong smell, reported the staff to fix it twice but still couldn't fix it, didn't report it to me, didn't change the room for me. 3. I asked to have a BBQ dinner at the 2 place they arranged for me to stay, but it was not accepted for many reasons. I also sympathize with them. But the next day they let another group of people organize a bbq meal, singing loudly until 10pm, I can't sympathize. If you come here to take beautiful pictures, its fine. Coming to spend up to 2/3 of the time for year-end relaxation like me is really bad.
