The location is hard to find a little bit. Room was big and bright but the bathroom not clean. Did not have any towel. The phone did not work and when we need anything we have to come down to the ground floor to ask.

The hotel is the old address 57 Nguyen Khanh Toan so difficult to find, the hotel is actually located on Nguyen Van Huyen. The receptionist speaks politely, openly. I had to check-in sooner than the staff now was comfortable. Rooms are spacious, full of basic amenities. However, blankets, mattresses are old.
