This resort doesn't deserve a 4-star rating; it's only suitable for buying a mud bath ticket and then traveling to Vung Tau city center for accommodation. It's not suitable for overnight stays, as the surroundings are deserted, and the free mud bath included with the stay isn't anything special. It's also not suitable for families with young children due to the numerous insects. A first-time experience, and I won't be returning.

The location is a bit far from the restaurants and the city center. It gets quite crowded on weekends, and it's difficult to get a taxi, so we ate at the restaurant for convenience. The restaurant's dishes were all delicious; we had a great dinner, with authentic Southern Vietnamese flavors. The breakfast buffet was okay, but it had a good variety of options. And after soaking in the hot springs, I felt so refreshed – it's the perfect choice for those who don't like swimming in the sea. Check-in was on time, although the reception staff were a bit stressed and busy. The electric buggy drivers were very nice though.

The room was a bit damp and moldy, the old air conditioner took a long time to cool and was quite noisy, and the newly received refrigerator leaked water everywhere when defrosted. Amenities were rather limited (guests only had access to 3 free services: swimming in the Dara lake within the complex, a forest tour, and the egg-boiling area). It would be helpful to offer guests an additional experience in another area, or provide 1-2 bicycles per room for free transportation within the complex, as it's quite spacious. A positive point is the abundance of trees, making it quite shady, but there weren't many flowers, making it look a bit sparse.

Everything was fine; my family included elderly members, so it was quite comfortable here. However, getting around by electric cart was a bit difficult. When we arrived, we had to wait 10 minutes for a cart to come. Otherwise, everyone was fine, and the food was delicious.

The soundproofing in the room was very poor; any noise from the hallway or upstairs was easily heard. At 1:45 AM, guests asked if the room was ready, and we were told to wait and we would call when it was available. However, after 2 PM, we hadn't received a call, so we had to proactively ask again, resulting in a late check-in.

Reception staff - indifferent attitude, no support, no listening. Came to check in at 11am, staff said there was an early room, arrived after 2pm after being reminded many times before allowing check in. Good experience, just the room smelled like a previous guest had a child vomited milk so the smell was a bit unpleasant, but the staff was very enthusiastic in cleaning the floor and using essential oils.
