Staff were polite and attentive. Fast tram. But buffet food was not very good.

All old. Made up for by each restaurant's delicious food.

Cheerful and enthusiastic staff. There is a very fast and convenient electric car, suitable for the elderly. Beautiful breakfast and dining room. Diverse food with many dishes to choose from.

Guests who have booked a room to stay overnight should have full service. Instead, guests are only allowed to bathe in a tiny mineral bath!

Perfect family weekend getaway.

This is my second time back here but this time I stayed in a twin room. The TV shelf in my room looked like it was about to bend because of the heavy stuff, the bathroom lacked a curtain over the bathtub so when I showered, water would spill onto the floor. The hotel needs to consider renovating and upgrading the room to make it look newer and nicer.

The room was quite old (smelled musty and a bit pungent), lacked towels (only 2 bath towels), but it wasn't really necessary so didn't report it to the hotel. Otherwise, everyone was satisfied.

Overall it's pretty good compared to the old days.

The receptionist was indifferent. The room was damp. The bathrobes were hanging on moldy wooden hangers. My husband and I had lunch at the restaurant and were served raw meat fried eggs. The experience was terrible and we never intend to return.

Friendly staff, enthusiastic to support when needed. Few entertainment services for children.

The room is smelly especially the bathroom. The food is expensive and not worth the price especially the place inside the boiling egg area. The inside zoo safari was lack of animals nothing much to see. Nothing to play or to join in after 5pm. The room service is slow. The best service is the electric bus car inside the area, all drivers are super nice and fast service. Anyway, it was an average place to experience once in a while but we won’t be back here to stay just to get the hot springs bath and go back to Vung Tau or Long Hai area to stay the night.

Super friendly staff. The food at the restaurant is very good from price to quality. Just call the tram to pick you up wherever you go. The tram staff is extremely friendly. The room service staff is fast. Ask for extra carpets and they will be there in 10 minutes.

Quite good for a vacation, but should go on Sat Sun to have more services

I stayed in the spring area, went on Friday night. I saw that the previous reviews were not very accurate. The room was nice and clean. The staff here were friendly from the tram to the cleaning lady. Call the tram and wait a bit. The food at the zest restaurant was edible. The egg boiling experience was interesting. The mineral bath was very nice and clean at Dara Lake. Crocodile fishing was fun. The baby really liked riding the pony (50k). The pony riding instructor was also very friendly and experienced. I appreciated the attitude of the tram staff, the horse owner Dounie, the check-in receptionist, and the receptionist who called the tram. However, there were some unpleasant things: 1/ the check-out receptionist charged me for a frozen and swollen can of water, because my wife moved it from its original position: my wife didn't know about this so it was a lesson learned. I was feeling very happy but at the end of the day, it became less fun. 2/ lots of mosquitoes due to the rain: so everyone remember to bring mosquito repellent.

Waiting for the tram is extremely long. The staff is never self-aware and reminds them to do it. After checking out and waiting for an hour, they have to ask again if they're done so they know it's been done for a long time, but they like to let customers sit and wait, but the restaurant is slow. There are 2 but only opened 1

Good service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is very delicious and reasonably priced. The accompanying services for guests are very good. Suitable for families, or many adults

When sleeping, the surrounding room makes noise but no one solves the problem. Inadequate amenities in the room (comb? shave) Balcony does not have tables or chairs.

Room amenities are good but seem not well maintained. Common areas such as the lobby are not clean. The waiting time for the tram is long. However, overall it is acceptable, probably because I am not too picky. Plus points for the swimming pool and mineral bath area, my parents like it more than other resorts.
