At 11 a.m. the hotel was closed, I rang the bell and called many times to open the door. -I stayed in a room for 2 people, but my friend came later, so I asked the owner to open the door at about 4 am the next morning. Then received an unpleasant attitude and the sentence: "why do you go at a really annoying hour, why do you come early and stay late." ??? Do a service, but how do you say that? The next morning, when I went down to call the number, I stood outside to hear it ring, but then I turned off the bell to sleep again. Ignore the customer calling? Knocking on the door of the room was bored to open the door. -Probably the hotel is more focused on the food business and the rooms are for extra income so they don't care much about the quality of service -If anyone wants to find a place to rest comfortably, I sincerely recommend not staying here 🙂
