The door was locked and we were not allowed to enter the room with the reason: We brought more people in without permission??? While the camera was not checked, and I was not informed directly. When I asked if the camera had been checked, there was silence and no apology or explanation. I really don't understand? Not to mention the room was very small, not like the picture.

Booked 3 rooms, when checking in they said 1 room was broken, had to add a bed, then said the apartment room was more expensive but still charged the same as 3 rooms

The room is amazing! It is really spacious and we also have a washer for this room and we can hang dry our clothes! There is also a small kitchen and utensils were provided too. Really recommended for families with kids.

Room is a bit cramped, but that's okay. The hotel has an elevator, and the location is good. It is near the Old Quarter and Hanoi Train Station.

I booked the room a few days in advance, but when I arrived at 8 AM, the hotel informed me that the room was under renovation and they had to upgrade me to a higher category room with an additional charge of 200k. When I entered the room, the hairdryer was broken, and the bedding had a bad smell.

The hotel is located right near Hanoi train station, very convenient for travel, no traffic jams. The room is clean, fully equipped with necessary items and has a balcony so it is quite airy.
