Well, actually we were stayed in The Artisan as we arrived at late night and the staff informed us that the last room will be not so good for us, he would offer us to stay in another hotel that more expansive and we do not need to pay more. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. We had such a great time in Hanoi.

Good choice for those who want to enjoy the atmosphere at old towns. Big room for 4 people, clean and big toilet. didn't book the breakfast so cannot comment but I see quite many travellers have meals there, guess it's not bad. A lot of food stores and convenient stores are near the hotel.

It's clean and quite comfortable. My room was nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However the wall wasn't soundproofed (during my staying, the house next door was repaired so I could hear all kinds of noise). Another disadvantage is that there's no elevator. Please remind yourself of calling the hotel to ensure that you can book a room in 1st or 2nd floor (if you suffer from heart diseases).

It's at Old Quarter Centre nearby the lake and the water puppet theater. There have so many street food that you can eat. The room is clean and the bed is so comfy. Price is cheap. Finally is Good for back-packer.

Services at hotel are goods. Only toothpaste is little, not enough for cleaning teeth.
