Phòng nhỏ, không có cửa sổ. Không dọn phòng hàng ngày. Cửa toilet không khít, đi vệ ainh mất riêng tư. Hệ thống nước nóng không tốt, nhanh hết nước nóng. Nếu có nước thì nước chập chờn lúc nóng lúc lạnh. Phòng không cách âm.

Rất tiếc vì đã có một trải nghiệm không được tốt như mong đợi tại đây. 1. Mình book phòng trên apps với giá gần 500k. Nhưng khi đến check in thì tiếp tân bảo là hết phòng, kêu mình up lên phòng khác bù thêm 500k. Hoặc là huỷ phòng. Ủa alo ! Đó là sự thiếu chuyện nghiệp. Mình phải trả một mức giá 1 triệu đồng/ đêm với 1 khách sạn chỉ để ngủ, không hề có bất kỳ đãi ngộ nào khác, ngoài ra còn chẳng có đến nổi bãi giữ xe khách. Xe mình tắm mưa liên tục từ đêm đến sáng. 2. Chăn, gối chưa được vệ sinh, khi mình kiểm tra thì thấy vẫn còn bẩn do khách trước để lại, xác khô của ông hay côn trùng gì đấy, báo nhân viên thì hơn 23:30 mới được thay cho bộ grap mới. Mình xem thấy có vẻ khách sạn mới nên mới book, nhưng lại thất vọng đợt hai. Mức độ cách âm thì ôi thôi luôn. Cuối cùng là khi mình check out chẳng có 1 đại diện nào nói gì với mình một câu về những bất tiện mình trải nghiệm ở khách sạn mấy ngày qua. Thật sự thất vòng và mong khách sạn đọc được những điều này để nâng cấp và cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ tốt hơn.

Quá tệ😡.phòng giá không rẻ mà như vậy, phòng ngủ tới bị dột ướt cả người, toilet nhỏ, có mùi, có con gián 2 phòng, quạt kêu to như máy cày 3 phòng đều bị, sáng mới 7h sửa chữa khách sạn go rằm rằm không ngủ được phải check out luôn 8h, a phòng mình ở trong phòng trên tường có con gì nhỏ li ti bo rất nhiều nhìn ghê lắm, mọi người nên cân nhắc, Gia đình tôi thuê 3 phòng.

Super cute and friendly staff. The first day we stayed very comfortably, but the second night, the next room had babies running around and was noisy in the evening and the morning shift affected our sleep. All okela just a bit noisy.
