The room is a bit small, not as spacious as in the picture... the air conditioner is not very cool. Overall, it's okay for me (but there is no breakfast)

The hotel is newly built, so it's clean, probably the best among the hotels in Cu Chi. However, the air conditioner is not cool, I have to ask for more fans. The touch-sensitive faucet does not wash hands, but as long as someone passes by, the water automatically flows. I booked a room with breakfast, so that morning I ordered the dishes that were written as "free for overnight stay", but at the time of payment, I still charged because I said I had to register for the free breakfast?? When I booked, I asked if I could check in early (11:30) because I had a small child, the hotel was ok and didn't report the cost of early check-in, when it was time to pay, it was charged 40k/hour. I asked for a late check-out, you reported 70k/hour. At 14:00 I told to check out, told the staff to check, the receptionist told me to come down here and then the staff came up. I put things down about 15-20 minutes to pay, the hotel charged me 3 hours too much??? In general, all accounts are very vague, eating from customers for a few dozen but losing customers is a very foolish way to do business. Next time I come down I will not choose to stay here.

Yes, I called to order food, so I charged the fee, at 2pm, I called to check out, I told the customer to leave the room and bring the card down for me to check the room and then pay. , when you come down it is 14:20, which means it's late for the 3rd hour, my staff checked the room within 2-3 minutes.

Clean room, enthusiastic staff. However, the air conditioner is not cool, I asked the staff for support but it still did not improve. Turn on 16 degrees overnight, but the coolness is probably about 26-27 degrees compared to other types of air conditioners… the air conditioner should be checked again so that customers can experience a cooler space.

I stayed in room 202. The automatic faucet in the WC was broken, the water kept flowing all night by itself, making me unable to sleep. I have reported the Reception but cannot change the room with the reason that the room is already full.
