Worthy of 5 stars international standard. Staff are welcoming, friendly and enthusiastically support all customers' needs. Actively upgrade rooms for free according to internal km programs. The hotel has a beach area with lounge chairs, mini bar, fresh water bathroom, towels and a free shuttle bus for guests staying at Bai Thuy Van, helping to bring an extremely comfortable experience during the tourist season. and weekends with the number of tourists in general at the beach is very crowded. There is a small suggestion that the parking space for Pullman Private Beach Club's beach is a bit small, if you go late, there is often no space and you have to park the car next to it for a fee. However, the take care staff at the beach are okay and attentive. Suitable for both leisure and work. Will come back when I have a chance to go to the city center. Vung Tau.

My family had a well-prepared and warmly welcomed holiday at Pullman Hotel Vung Tau. The hotel has a convenient location, international standard luxury style, full facilities and excellent service qualities. Rooms are very spacious and soundproof, ensuring privacy and high-class furniture of 5-star standard. Breakfast is very delicious, full of nutrition and enthusiastic service, breakfast time is very comfortable. What I am most impressed with is the way the hotel always welcomes guests with joy and hospitality, taking care of each customer's feelings and sharing during their stay here. My family is especially grateful to Mr David (GM) - he always takes care of and cherishes the old customers who come back to stay at Pullman. And really impressed you Thuy (Suri)-Reception Department. She has assisted our family with quick and professional check-in and check-out procedures, as well as provided complete instructions for our family to have a perfect vacation. I go with young children and they all love Mr David and Ms Suri. Surely my family will always choose Pullman Vung Tau as a place to stay when coming to the coastal city. Sincere thanks to Pullman Vung Tau for bringing a wonderful resort experience to our family.

Due to work, I only stayed for 1 night, the hotel is very beautiful, very luxurious, breakfast is very rich. Waiting time for check-in is quite long due to crowded. However, everything else is fine. Ah, the sea view room is a bit far, so booking the sea view room is no different from the city views, sorry for this. The rest of the hotel is great.

Excellent service. I arrived at 11:30 AM, and there were still rooms available, so they arranged for me to check in early. The room's furnishings were incredibly luxurious. I really liked it.

Besides the advantages listed below, the hotel is generally good. However, the toilet flush is too loud and not soundproof; you can hear it from the next room. On the first day, my room was missing a toothbrush, and for both days, there were no bathrobes, even though the wind was blowing through the pool. Pullman should invest in amenities to live up to its reputation as the top hotel in Vung Tau. Also, the toilets don't have any locks, which is more inconvenient than useful. There's no TV remote in the room either. Slippers aren't provided, even though the beach isn't close. They should pay attention to these small details, which can easily create a positive impression on guests.

My family and I had a great stay here. Convenient location right next to Lotte mart, a bit further to the beach but still within walking distance. Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, not as much food as other hotels but good quality.
