My family and I had a great stay here. Convenient location right next to Lotte mart, a bit further to the beach but still within walking distance. Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, not as much food as other hotels but good quality.

The room is beautiful and luxurious, but the bathroom deodorizer is not very good, not 5* fresh and fragrant

Phòng ngủ sạch, đẹp. Toilet rộng lắm, thoáng và rất đã. Nhưng mà tại sao 2024 rồi mà tivi vẫn chưa kết nối mạng vậy ạ. Điểm trừ rất lớn luôn nha. Buffet ổn, không quá nhiều món nhưng món nào cũng 8/10. Nhân viên nice, có hỏi cảm nhận của mình, 8/10

nhân viên thân thiện, support khách rất nhiệt tình, tgian nhận phòng là 3h nhưng nhà mình đến 12h trưa nhân viên hỗ trợ cho nhận phòng lúc 12h luôn. mình rất thích ở điểm này

There is a small suggestion that the parking space for Pullman Private Beach Club's beach is a bit small, if you go late, there is often no space and you have to park the car next to it for a fee. Dịch vụ nhìn chung tốt tuy nhiên tôi mong đợi nhiều hơn nếu ở lại đây lần sau. Phòng rộng rãi và yên tĩnh nhưng không có nhiều lựa chọn nội dung để xem trên TV. Tốc độ Internet khá nhanh. Buffet sáng không có quá nhiều món nhưng các món cần thiết cho bữa ăn sáng đều đầy đủ và ngon, 1 điểm cộng nữa là có nước trái cây tươi. Nhân viên tại nhà hàng phục vụ khá chu đáo và thân thiện. Hầm đậu xe hơi ẩm thấp và nhiều bụi xi măng.

When I put it on the application, I ignored it. When I came to check in, I found out that it was 2pm to check in, bad app! But the receptionist was very flexible to support me for early check-in, and also offers a room upgrade with a bathtub, great ❤️ Clean hotel, lovely staff. We also got 2 welcome drink in the morning. The staff member also recommended some pretty good places to eat outside Vung Tau. Very good value for money
