I booked a long time ago but when I came my room was not available. They keep changing my room and the room standard was worse than the original one. It was a bad experience and such lousy service is unacceptable. It really ruined my vacation.

I booked 2 nights here, 2am in the morning we came and the door of the hotel rolls can not open, waiting for almost 1 hour we did not have to find a hotel room nearby, experience is unforgettable 😂

Convenient location, good staff. I like the most. Because I go to work so the time in the hotel only evening. However, a few things later, if overcome the guests will come more. Wifi is quite weak, and flicker. I live in 5th floor - use wifi 5th floor and 6th floor, at no time. Sound proof doors are not good and not tight.

Room so small and picture as hotel show on booking was not the same, when I open the door I think I got the wrong hotel but not this is true! So fake picture too much. The hotel doesn't have water for complimentary; they charge for any water in minibar. Finally, I will not be back here for sure.
