Plus points: Clean room, designed in a classic and comfortable style, the room is quite well-equipped and suitable for the price; especially the room does not smell of bleach like other hotels. The receptionists and cleaners are very friendly and enthusiastic. Minus points: The music from Bui Vien is very loud (from 8pm to 5am the next morning), those who cannot stand the noise should inform the hotel in advance to choose the hidden rooms below which will be less noisy.

Convenient location can go anywhere, the street is always busy and fun, near Bui Vien is a bit noisy at night but I like this, the room is clean, the staff is friendly, even though I checked in late at night, but you are very welcome. Room was missing 1 pair of slippers, but that's okay. Will be back

The hotel is old, the rooms and hallways are not clean, the beds are dirty, the toilet is too close to the bathtub so you can't sit down to use the toilet, the room uses a key lock, not a magnetic lock, the hotel is located right on Bui Vien Western street. For someone who likes cleanliness like me, I probably won't come back to this hotel. I booked 2 nights but after staying 1 night, I had to move to another hotel at noon the next day. I accepted to give up 1 night.

The story is quite funny: when I checked in, the hotel was having a sensitive issue with the police. After checking in, while they were sleeping, someone opened the key, causing the couple to wake up. The first time was ok, this time the experience was terrible

Good location, reasonable price, but I stayed for 5 nights and was not allowed to change the bed sheets or clean the room. I had to remind the receptionist to do it.

The staff is cute and enthusiastic, but the room is dirty, not very hygienic, the room is dark when you first enter and feels a bit cold, the air conditioner is not cool.

When they say it's loud, not really for me—don't believe it. Get a room at a high floor and you already get your quietness. It's a nice hotel and the receptionist is helpful. Near the walking street that has many food streets and restaurants nearby. Have an elevator too and nice hot water. The pillow smells nice after laundry. About ants or cockroaches, I don't find this a big trouble. I mean, just splash the insects with water and they're gone or smack it—overall nice and great stay here.

Stayed here again as I love the location. Check-in was a breeze and Lucy was a gem. She was very helpful and spoke really good English. The room and toilet was spacious. And the pillows are simply the best I've slept on so far. They are super comfy as the moment I put my head down, I was sleeping like a baby. I'll definitely return to stay whenever I'm in Ho Chi Minh.
