San Palace Hotel

The hotel is clean and new, the rooms are spacious, just like the hotel photos posted, the beds and mattresses are new and soft. Each person gets two large pillows, and there is also a small sofa to sit and relax. The rooms are far apart so there will be no noise, disturbing each other, the soundproofing is also quite good compared to other hotels (I went to Sapa and met another hotel that did not have good soundproofing so I could not sleep well at night). L'harmonie staff are friendly, cute, the breakfast is delicious although there are few dishes, there is also a swimming pool on the 9th floor. The staff was also enthusiastic in showing me a restaurant for lunch (delicious) and booking a car for my family, in general, the service is excellent, there is nothing to complain about. If I have the opportunity to come to Hanoi, my family and I will stay here again. The hotel location is near the old town and also near tourist attractions so it is very okay.

Super great service. Customer service is attentive and thoughtful. I rented a motorbike but after 1-2 hours changed my mind because I had something to do so I canceled. The hotel was still enthusiastic to cancel and did not charge a fee. Overall, I will come back because of the service + room.

The San Palace Hotel is on the edge of the old quarter a d within a few minutes walk to train street. Multitude of food and attraction on the doorstep. The rooftop pool and bar a great oasis after a busy day on the streets. Staff went out of their way to help wherever they could.

We liked the area of the San Palace Hotel as it was very convenient to shops and restaurants. We also like to walk everywhere and it was very central to many of the sites we wanted to see. The staff was fantastic and very helpful and friendly. They were one of the highlights. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. A nice breakfast was served in the mornings with eggs made to order. Rides to and from the airport were arranged by the staff on our behalf and worked out very well. I would recommend staying here while visiting Hanoi.

Very good hotel and staff were so helpful and friendly. Nice spacious room with comfortable bed and nice seating area. Nice bathroom. Good breakfast included every morning. Coffee was excellent. Would stay here again.
