Cosy hotel in a very central location near Hoan Kiem Lake where there are a lot of shops and eateries. The staffs are very friendly and helpful too which really helped make our trip smooth and enjoyable!

The hotel room is new and clean, the central area should have many restaurants. The staff is very enthusiastic, happy, morning or evening shift is good. Whatever is needed. Will be back next time ❤️

Satisfied with the hotel, especially the front desk staff are very OK, happy, answer all questions politely, I want to upgrade the room limit, the staff support all. If I have the opportunity to return to Hanoi, I will still choose the hotel

The room has a very large balcony, while the other rooms are very small, just enough for a bed. Convenient location near the pedestrian street, but note that t6-t7-cn on this street is forbidden to enter, so you have to walk quite far to catch the car. When it rains, it's always determined :) The alley is right at the market so it's easy to buy fruit/grocery with a winmart next to it. Very sweet and enthusiastic staff. There is one minus point is that the hotel facilities are a bit old (just changed the name to a new owner), the toilet has a smell of sewer coming up from time to time :(

The handling of the female manager here is very bad, her face is very welcoming and she doesn't know how to apologize to customers when something goes wrong.

The hotel sets a daily rate, but guests are charged extra. When you make a reservation, remember to check your email and the receipt is completely different. In the email, it is clearly stated that I rented for 2 nights but the receipt is for 2 hours. Hanging a goat's head to sell dog meat is a scam

The room was nice and full of sunlight, I booked the Deluxe Double with Bathtub room. The service was great, staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back nexr time!

Nice rooms are extremely clean. Decor in a cozy style, even if you choose the smallest room, it is still beautiful. Toilet decor is very beautiful and meticulous. From the kit to the individual to the shower gel or a spare tissue in a beautiful cloth bag. Free coffee fruit + 1 cup of free juice brought to the room right after you check in. Air conditioning runs ferry ferry cold numb. The biggest plus is that the staff + managers are both handsome and smiling. Just seeing guests is laughing. Remember the room guests, never asked any guest room. Even in the old town, just walking to many places is good. Will return for the next opportunity to Hanoi.

I had 2 very impressive nights at the Essence Palace Hotel Ha Noi. In the era of tourism development, visitors can easily find a good hotel but Essence Palace knows how to create their own impression from the receptionist: enthusiasm, affection. The biggest impression for me first and foremost is the need to be heard. Rooms are cozy, clean. The location is great for dining (even late at night), to the Sword Lake and the entertainment spots are within walking distance. Essence Palace is a hotel that should be considered when choosing a hotel in the heart of the old town.
