Nice and polite room. Delicious food, super enthusiastic owner. A bit far from the center but not a big problem because it is quiet, close to tourist attractions.

This place is beautiful, the view, the pool, all excellent! The food and drinks were great and the staff were so helpful at arranging rides into town or any excursion we wanted! There were a few bugs in the room that the kids didn’t like, but that was likely our fault having a little bit of snacks in the room.

Booked a room for my family of 4. Hotels.com says room for 5-6pax but only allowed me to book for 3pax with breakfast. Villa owner, Mr Tranh, received and checked us into his villa early morning before 7am free when I booked for 2pm check in. He granted free breakfast to the 4th pax for 3d2n stay. Villa is new, about 6 mos. Room is clean. As website photos show,room with balcony faces the paddy field view. Mr Tranh can speak good English. He taught us how to trek around his villa with beautiful scenery. He helped us to book taxi and one day tour with no hassle. Breakfast was great, prepared n cooked on the spot. Homely feel. Will come back if I go Sapa again. One point to note is the villa is located in village area, away from Sapa town. During winter, it is not too cold in village but colder n foggy in Sapa town. Many roads n hotels/villas under construction. As per Mr Tranh, completion in Mar'2020.

I love the location and surrounding of the villa. If you're looking for a relaxing place to get away from a busy city like Hanoi, then you're looking at the right place. One negative point about the place is the service. When we were there, the manager wasn't very friendly. I'm aware that she treated us differently from other guests. For example, the breakfast was advertised as a buffet, but it was only served based on the menu. The manager told us one main and one drink per adult and no food for kids. However, other tables can order as many mains per person as they wish… Who would treat guests like that, so she wasn't very hospitable to us.

The resort is beautiful and well taken care of. Friendly staff, I'm very satisfied. The minus point is that the location is a bit far from the center of Sapa, but the road to get there has a section under repair, you should come to the resort before it gets dark.

Rất tuyệt cho 1 kì nghỉ cùng bạn bè và gia đình. Phòng ngủ sạch sẽ và thơm. Hồ bơi sạch sẽ, xung quanh đều sạch sẽ. Nhóm của mình rất ưng. Nhân viên rất lễ phép và nhiệt tình. Mình sẽ còn quay lại vào dịp sau

The hotel is a bit far from the center about 30 minutes, the entrance is a bit bad, but the hotel owner is enthusiastic and likable. Room service is very good, clean and beautiful as photos, the view is very nice. I will rate 4/5 because the position is difficult to go. But still a great experience!

The room is like a picture, clean, the food according to my taste, the breakfast is also okay, there are egg sandwiches, pho with drinking water. Road to villas is also easy to find, there is a bad thing in the road. If in most villages, homestay, I like it here because there is private toilet, private room, nice view.
