The property is very clean, and two-bedroom apartment we stayed in was very spacious. There’s a large living room and dining area, and a well equipped kitchen. The staff at the sonerset are second to none. Everyone is so nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent, hospitable Hotel from the get-go. When we arrived, late, frazzled from a delayed flight we were met with a host that provided calm and a warm welcome that we really needed. The following day we soaked up Hanoi and Somerset couldn't be better located. Amazing food stalls, world class coffee and historic sites all within walking distance. A big recommend from all our family, Somerset Hotel was a big reason why we fell in love with Hanoi City, we can't wait to come back!

I have stayed at this property many times and liked it very much. This last time had a near disaster event. There was very gusty wind in the pool area that blew the apparently very light aluminum chairs all over the area as people tried to get out of the pool area. One chair hit me that caused a big cut in the back of my heel. I had to buy a pair of slippers to travel home. I didn’t know if anyone else was hurt. My recommendations to the hotel management are 1) better trained staff to maintain safe conditions in the pool including the power to ask guests to get out of the pool area when the conditions are not safe and 2) replace these light aluminum chairs with heavier steel chairs to prevent them from flying in gusty wind.

Great location in the Old Quarter, easy walking distance to most attractions or close enough to order a Grab if needed. Excellent facilities/space for a family stay, only negative was the smell of sewage from time to time throughout the day that would come from the bathrooms.

We loved our stay & to be staying on 'hotel Hilton' grounds was a surprise. The facilities are great, and we njoyed playing pool, swimming & the breakfast were alwaysfresh and plentyful. We celebrated our 20year anniversary and received a lovely bottle of wine and a beautiful card. Thanks to the staff for making us feel so welcome.
