The hotel is in the center of West Street, so everything is complete and convenient, there are many restaurants. Beautiful rooms. I went to Hanoi on a business trip at 2am, but the staff still warmly welcomed me and helped me carry my luggage to my room. I asked to book a taxi, the reception also enthusiastically supported. If I have a chance, I will come back.

The hotel is near walking street and sword lake. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well-lit. Polite and attentive staff. I order 1 standard room. But the receptionist said they were just operating again so they upgraded themselves to a room with a better view and no extra charge. I am very satisfied and will be back.

We stayed at the Oriental Jade twice - once in their Emerald room and once in the Gem Suite with Lake view. Both rooms were great and the facilities at the hotel are awesome from the rooftop pool to the amazing breakfast. The Emerald Room was very nice however they aren't kidding when they say there is no view - our window looked at a wall. The Suite was next level however. It was HUGE and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful all the time and it just felt like a real sanctuary in an incredibly busy city.
