1) the room is too old, musty smell, the air conditioner is not cold even though it is set to the coldest level and waited for 1 hour. After reporting to the reception, the technician checked but there was no improvement
2) the area is far from the center (at the end of the road) so it is only suitable for the elderly to go on vacation (no travel, just stay at the hotel)
-> 4-star resort but it is 4 of the old era, no renovation, no investment in further development, no improvement or innovation

The service quality is ok, the staff is enthusiastic and attentive, but the room is a bit old and the light switches are not arranged properly, it took 5 minutes to find the room light, the balcony light is not known where to turn on so I turned it on, the bed creaked every time I turned over. Overall, it's ok for the price.

The receptionists are very cute, the security guards are also enthusiastic. Breakfast is enough for 2 people. The 4* resort has enough room facilities, I can't ask for anything more. I just have a little suggestion about Housekeeping, whether it's 4 or 5*, just talk softly, the mop should be wrung dry enough to clean the floor, if it's too wet, it takes a long time to dry, it's not comfortable. Big resort, beautiful outside grounds but the rooms are old and unsanitary, TV has no connection and the picture is blurry. Dirty toilet. The food is varied and the private beach and swimming pool are clean and beautiful.

The room type was not the same as when I booked, the customer had to bring the booking directly to the reception to change to the room type that he booked. The room was renovated from the top floor of the resort with a musty smell and a very dirty toilet, yellow toilet (the room is defined as a dirty, old, run-down room. And many bad experiences. Never come back again.
